Do you allow entry to latecomers?
We are unable to allow latecomers in for certain productions, this will be made clear when booking tickets. However, for most productions if there is a suitable break in the performance, we will try to get you seated.
Is it allocated seating?
Yes. We seat people in the order in which they have booked, so those who book far in advance will be seated nearer to the front. However, we also arrange the seating to ensure that children are not sitting behind adults, so when you arrive, one of the puppeteers will show you to your allocated seats.
